We have covered major as well as minor issues in our infrastructure, which directly or indirectly influence production. It is based on following heads:
Building & Ground:
Our main administrative building spread in 5000 sq. m. area with parking and open ground facilities.
Transportation Facility:
Our main office is located in the heart of the city, from where local conveyance facility is easily available. We are planning to ply our own buses to minimize time and energy loss.
Recreation Club:
There is a recreation club for the staff members of the company, chaired by our Director, which organizes intra organization competitions, sports tournaments and annual meet every second Saturday of December.
Research & Development Lab:
We own 100 Computers arranged in BUS topology with firewalls installed for security purpose on each system.
Internal Training Facilities:
The internal training facilities include a well equipped library, as well as classroom session to expose programmers to new technology and induction programs for the new entrants.
Internet Connectivity:
We have 3 DSL lines with 24x7 internet connection to support VOIP with clients with an uptime of 99.85%.
Dedicated Servers:
For application hosting, testing and client presentation: We use a PMS (Project Management System) for better execution of projects and timely updates to the clients.
Communications Infrastructure:
We allow IMS (Internal Management System) to be used by our team so as to interact with the client directly for clarification and doubts.
