CDN represents whole India, people at CDN are from different backgrounds and cultures but unity in diversity is reflected here. We favor Liberty with Discipline. The day starts here at 10.00 am, to avoid indiscipline and people to know the value of time, we have microchip based Id card system, through which time of arrival and departure is automatically registered. The schedule of our day is quite busy here. There is defined hierarchy for reporting and task assignments. Everybody is assigned to a task in the morning and progress reports are made at the end of the day to seniors.

We are also cautious about the Health and Hygienic of our resources. We regularly arrange welfare camps and medical camps for them.

Beside this, we also provide coffee, twice a day and mid-day snacks as refreshments. We have our own cafeteria, where food is very economical and hygienic.

We are planning to provide our employees transportation facilities also. They have been given regular discounts on purchases from particular shops and free tour packages for families to different locations in the country.

We have an Annual Meet every year on every second Saturday of December. We provide a platform to each and every individual of CDN team to participate and to develop themselves as a complete person.
